Jingles the Jester

Tim Glase has been involved in the sports industry for almost a decade. Glase’s favorite stint to date was with the editorial staff of Street & Smith’s SportsBusiness Daily, the leading daily publication on the business of sports. He also held positions with various NASCAR teams and played an integral part in helping NASCAR launch its “Drive for Diversity” minority participant development program in 2004. He holds a B.S. degree in Sport Management from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Progress Avenue has allowed me to contribute to two things that have always been of interest to me: community and sports. This site is my creative twist to the phrase, “Charity Begins at Home.” My spare time has never been so fulfilling. -Tim Glase

In addition, Glase is active in charity work, mostly with the National Kidney Foundation of North Carolina. He also occasionally performs as “Jingles the Jester,” the mascot for the Children’s Theatre of Charlotte.
