Muñoz Foundation Launches Redesigned Web Site; Looks Toward Youth Leadership Seminar

Munoz Youth Leadership Seminar275The Anthony Muñoz Foundation has launched a redesigned MunozFoundation.org. The Web site’s design is reflective of the Foundation’s new logo, colors and graphical identity.

“Once again our family of partners have helped make our Foundation better,” said Muñoz. “We think the new design will be more user-friendly beginning with high schools registering for the Youth Leadership Seminar presented by Cincinnati Bell.”

Held at Xavier University’s Cintas Center, the Youth Leadership Seminar presented by Cincinnati Bell is Thursday, October 8th. The daylong seminar for high school students will focus on encouraging students to GET MAD – Get Everyone to Make a Difference.

Matthew Kelly will be the keynote speaker. The Australian author has written The Dream Manager, The Rhythm of Life, The Book of Courage, The Shepherd, A Call to Joy and Mustard Seeds. Also keynoting will be Ashley Thompson, a former graduate of Roger Bacon High School and a local Cincinnati Christian University student. Through adversity she has learned the importance of fighting against injustice and working toward a better tomorrow.

Run Kid Run, a Christian rock band, will be the headline entertainment. The video for their song “We’ve Only Just Begun” was featured on the American Eagle music video store soundtrack after its release. The song Freedom, from their Love at the Core album, has recently become a hit song on the Christian radio station Air 1 (www.MunozFoundation.org).
